The Tipton Law Firm, P.C. is a Denver, Colorado based law firm, and successor to John J. Tipton, P.C., formed in 1979. Our experienced attorneys practiced as in-house corporate counsel, outside general counsel, as well as with other law firms and governments across the globe. As senior corporate counsel, and among the legal ranks of government in the alcohol beverage, aviation and casino gaming industries, our attorneys are skilled and versatile. John J. Tipton
John Tipton is a past Executive Director of the Colorado Department of Revenue. He is internationally recognized as an expert in gaming law. Mr. Tipton’s expertise also includes tax and business planning.
Cory E. Tipton
Cory Tipton is a former commercial pilot, giving her personal knowledge of the airline industry. Ms Tipton assists clients in all varieties of business matters and estate planning.
Ann E. Osborn
Ms Osborn has extensive expertise in a variety of real estate and business related issues and currently serves as Corporate Council at Keller Williams N Texas/N Mex.
