Mr. Tipton has been involved in the legal and regulatory aspects of the alcoholic beverage industry for many years.  As the former Executive Director of the Colorado Department of Revenue, he was responsible for directing the Colorado Liquor Division.  Mr. Tipton has been a speaker on the national level at a number of liquor industry conferences and seminars.
