Victor L.
Wallace, II, has focused his practice in the areas of real
estate and real estate financing, corporate transactional law,
and financial institutions. Mr. Wallace has represented
financial institutions in lending transactions and other related
matters throughout the western United States, covering
residential, recreational and commercial projects.
Mr. Wallace
is a frequent speaker at continuing legal education seminars in
Colorado, and presently serves as a trustee of a national senior
housing and health care organization with facilities throughout
the West and Midwest.
Mr. Wallace
served as an officer in the U.S. Marines in the Far East and
Mediterranean areas from 1961 through 1964. He is a past
president and is a fellow of the American College of Mortgage
Attorneys. |
