Mr. Runco joined the Tipton Law Firm in 2009 as a law clerk while attending the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law.  His practice includes advising corporate business clients in a variety of business matters with a focus on closely held corporations and LLCs.  Mr. Runco works with clients in the administrative field including all aspects of liquor licensing in the state of Colorado. Mr. Runco's legal practice also focuses on assisting clients in all facets of their estate planning needs.
